Terms of Service & Sale, Orders & Shipping

These Terms of Service & Sale (“Terms”) apply to your use of the lilianholland.com website and any purchase made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment is received, we will refund the amount paid.

Ready to Ship Work

Continental US orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact me at lili@lilianholland.com for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Custom Work

I would love to create a custom piece for you. Please reach out to discuss: lili@lilianholland.com. Shipping costs and timeline will be provided with your custom order quote.

Care

Avoid direct sunlight. Dust gently. Keep dry.

Sales & Returns

All sales are final. Please review images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. All work is handmade and no two pieces are identical. Colors, textures, and shapes may vary slightly from photographs due to the nature of the felting process and individual monitor settings. If you have any questions at all prior to placing an order, email me at lili@lilianholland.com.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me at lili@lilianholland.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and original packaging. All shipments are fully insured and, of course, I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment & Tax

Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and related payment providers. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are in USD. Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to New Jersey addresses in accordance with state law.

Copyright & Use

All artwork, images, and designs remain the intellectual property of Lilian Holland. Purchasers may not reproduce, resell, or use images of the work for commercial purposes without written permission. Artwork is sold for personal display and enjoyment.

Disclaimer

This website and all products and content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayleaf Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase from Bayleaf Studio must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
